401 Challenge
West End Road Runners is delighted to be able to help Ben with his 401 Challenge. He is running 401 marathons in 401 days throughout the UK. You can find out more about Ben and his challenge on this link.
On Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March he will be in Glasgow and WERR were asked to provide marathon routes for these days.

Please run with Ben or come along and support (on bike or by car) if you can at any point on these long runs you will be most welcome. He runs at 10min mile pace so it should be possible to judge roughly where he'll be at any time by looking at mile markers on these routes below.
